Register on the platform: Go to our platform's website and click on the "Sign Up" or "Become a host" button. Access your dashboard: After successfully registering, log in to your host account. You will arrive at your host dashboard, where you can manage your hotel listing and access valuable tools.


In order for your guest to book your listing, you will need to create your hotel and the room types as well.


1. Create your hotel


Click on "Hotel" and "Add New Hotel": In your dashboard hotel section, locate the "Add New Hotel" tab. Click on this option to start the hotel listing creation process.




Write the hotel title and description: Craft an enticing title that captures the essence of your hotel or guest house. In the description, provide a comprehensive overview of your hotel's unique features, amenities, room types, and nearby attractions. Mention any standout services you offer, such as room service, concierge assistance, or guided tours and do not forget to mention your hotel stars. 


Specify the minimum number of nights and add your hotel logo as well.




List the facilities and amenities: Create a detailed list of all facilities and amenities available to guests. Include information about on-site dining options, swimming pools, fitness centers, business centers, parking, Wi-Fi availability, and any other features that set your hotel apart. Do not forget to mention the check in and the check out time as well.



Upload high-quality photos: Showcase your hotel's ambiance and charm by adding a variety of high-resolution photos. Include images of rooms, common areas, dining spaces, the lobby, and any picturesque outdoor areas. Ensure that photos accurately represent the hotel's aesthetics and amenities.




Provide location details: Accurately pinpoint your hotel's location on a map or enter the address manually. Double-check the accuracy of this information to help guests find your hotel easily. 



In the final stages of creating or editing your hotel or guest house listing, you can outline specific house rules that guests must adhere to during their stay.

2. Create your hotel rooms


Once your hotel created, you will need to click on ''Add new room'', in the hotel section. 


Write the name of your hotel room and associate it to your hotel by selecting the hotel name from the right-side tab. Continue by writing the description of your hotel room.



Don't forget to fill in the number of rooms and their capacity when creating or updating your room listing. This essential information helps potential guests understand the size and accommodations of your property, making it easier for them to make informed booking decisions. 



Specify the type of rooms your hotel offers when creating your listing. Whether it's single, double, suites, or other room types, providing this information helps potential guests choose the perfect accommodation for their needs.



Set pricing and booking options: Define your hotel's pricing structure. Specify nightly rates, weekly rates, and any special offers or discounts. Choose whether to enable "Instant Booking" for immediate reservations or "Inquiry" for guest requests that you can review and confirm.


Complete your registration: Review all the information you've entered for accuracy and completeness. Ensure that your hotel listing is engaging and informative. Once satisfied, click the "Complete your registration" or "Publish Listing" button to make your hotel listing live on the platform.
